"The Chase Begins" is part two of an ongoing story, our Border Trilogy, so to speak, about a man who has cheated the Devil. In this installment, the story is told through the villain's perspective and follows his pursuit, while our protagonist has a burning moment of doubt. It is a goal of Chris and Bret's to write an entire album based on Cormac McCarthy's Blood Meridian. It's gonna take some time.
